The median sales price was $272,450, a 6.9% decrease from May 2024. New listings fell 10.7% to 159, while active listings increased 17.0% to 399. Compared to April, sales volume declined 15.1%, units sold dropped 15.2%, and the median price decreased by 6.4%.
