Join the Georgia Upstate Lakes Board of REALTORS® for a Corps of Engineers Education Seminar on Thursday, June 11, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Big Oaks Recreation Area Pavilion. Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will share important updates, policies, and insights affecting lake-area properties, including permitting, shoreline management, and key regulations REALTORS® need to know. This informative session is designed to strengthen your confidence when working with lakefront clients, provide practical takeaways, and offer time for questions and networking.
