This essential safety-focused CE course, led by Philip Ball, equips REALTORS® to respond confidently in an Active Shooter/Killer scenario. You’ll learn to identify potential warning signs before an incident occurs, understand the principles behind Go, Barricade, Fight, and distinguish between cover and concealment. Through practical exercises, students will develop personalized response plans and design strategies to enhance safety in their office space. This hands-on, scenario-driven training empowers you with the knowledge and skills to protect yourself and others in high-risk situations.
