Overview

The mission of the Georgia Upstate Lakes Board of REALTORS® (GULBOR) Circle of Excellence is to recognize members of our association for their exemplary performance compared to their peers in the marketplace. This recognition is celebrated at an annual awards banquet.

Membership is based on personal production of at least three million dollars in real estate transactions during the qualifying year. An application is required for consideration, and all eligible members are encouraged to apply!

2023 Circle of Excellence :

The Georgia Upstate Lakes Board of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence was an opportunity to acknowledge exceptional achievements and significant contributions throughout the year.
